18-year-old Devin Wilson Arrested and Charged with Murder of 8-year-old Dylan King
18-year-old Arrested and Charged with 1st Degree Murder.
On December 30, 2022, at approximately 5:06 p.m., Western District patrol officers were dispatched to a home in the 2100 block of Presbury Street to investigate a reported shooting.
When officers arrived at the location, they observed 8-year-old Dylan King suffering from trauma sustained by a firearm.
Medics transported Dylan to John’s Hopkins Hospital, where he was pronounced dead by medical personnel a short time later.
Through the course of their investigation, Homicide detectives were able to identify a suspect and obtain an arrest warrant.
On January 17, 2023, 18-year-old Devin Wilson was placed under arrest.
Devin Wilson was transported to the Department of Public Safety’s Central Booking and Intake Center, where he was formally charged with 1st Degree Murder.
