19-year-old Aceyn Ausbrook shot and killed in shooting in Monroeville
Afamily member of Aceyn Ausbrook released statement about his beloved nephew 19-year-old who police say was shot to death.

In Monroeville, a late-night gunshot resulted in the death of a teenager.
Allegheny County Police said that just before 11:30 p.m. on Saturday night, they received a call to respond to the site of a gunshot that had taken place in the 600 block of Bellwood Avenue.
As soon as they arrived, they discovered that Aceyn Ausbrook had been shot in the chest.
He was sent to the hospital, where it was determined that he had passed away.
While police have not confirmed his identity, a family member of Aceyn Ausbrook released this statement about his beloved nephew 19-year-old who police say was shot to death.
”We are praying the police catch them. I am crushed. Literally lost my son. He graduated from Gateway last year and worked for me making jewelry,” Anthony Mock.
In 2022, Ausbrook graduated from Gateway High School.
Homicide detectives with the Allegheny County Police Department are conducting the investigation.
