21 year-old James Shearer killed in north Columbus shooting
Two individuals exited the vehicle and fled on foot, but were later captured and taken into custody by the police.

Early Saturday morning, a shooting near the Milo-Grogan neighborhood resulted in the death of one individual and the arrest of another.
The Columbus Police Department was dispatched to North 9th Street and East 4th Street at 4:34 a.m. on Saturday in response to multiple reports of gunfire.
Upon arrival, officers discovered 21-year-old James Shearer with gunshot wounds, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, a vehicle attempted to flee the area, but collided with parked cars.
Two individuals exited the vehicle and fled on foot, but were later captured and taken into custody by the police.
The suspect behind the wheel of the car attempted to escape but ultimately crashed, after which officers arrested the suspect.
