21-year-old Trent Taylor shot and killed at Shively Animal Clinic
Brown said all parties have been accounted for in the shooting.
The 21-year-old male victim who succumbed to a gunshot wound at an animal hospital in Shively on Sunday night has been identified as Trent L. Taylor, according to the Jefferson County Coroner’s Office.
Shively Police Sergeant Jordan Brown stated that an altercation took place at the Shively Animal Clinic and Hospital on Dixie Highway, which ultimately escalated into a shooting, resulting in Taylor’s injury.
He was promptly transported to the University of Louisville Hospital but unfortunately passed away.
