Police have made two arrests in connection to the shooting at a Columbus gas station that left nine children injured.
The suspects have been named as 35-year-old D’Angelo Robinson Sr. and a 15-year-old boy.
Robinson has been charged with 8 counts of Aggravated Assault and is expected to appear in court shortly.
The 15-year-old suspect, who has been confirmed as a validated gang member, has been charged with one count of Aggravated Assault.
Following the shooting at the Shell Gas Station on Warm Springs Road in Columbus last Friday, seven of the nine children injured have been discharged from local hospitals in Fountain City.
However, the police have been unable to reach the families of the remaining two victims.
The shooting occurred shortly after 10 p.m. on Feb. 17, and the ages of the victims ranged from five years old to 17.
