Mall of America lockdown lifted after shots fired
There are reports of Active shooter at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota

Police say Minnesota’s Mall of America locked down as officers respond to ‘active incident.’
Bloomington Police said We have secured the scene at the Mall of America and can confirm that shots were fired. This is an isolated incident. The suspect fled the MOA on foot and officers are in the process of interviewing witnesses. At this time we have not located a victim.
Bloomington police have confirmed to FOX3 that shots were fired at the mall and police are on scene.
That’s all they were able to tell us. No info on potential injuries. Mall is currently on lockdown.
Please stay where you are until the lockdown is lifted.
FOX3 just spoke over zoom with a woman sheltering in place with her grandchild. She said she feels safe and the mall response has been swift.


We are trying to speak with people who say they are on lockdown inside of the Mall of America and our newsroom is working to learn as much about this situation as quickly as possible.
