According to the New York State Police, actress Mary Mara drowned in the Saint Lawrence River while swimming.

In the early hours of Sunday morning, the actress from “Ray Donovan” was located in the community of Cape Vincent.

At approximately 8:00 in the morning, troopers received a call about someone possibly drowning in the river. When they arrived, they discovered her dead floating in the river. According to the authorities, she was in town to see her sister and decided to go for a swim in the river for some exercise.

Mara, who was born in Syracuse, went on to become an actress and has appeared in a variety of films and television shows. She had roles in twenty films and forty television series. “ER,” “NYPD Blue,” “Law and Order,” and “Lost” are just some of the TV shows that she has appeared on.

In addition, she had roles in the films “Mr. Saturday Night,” “The Hard Way,” and “Love Potion #9.”

Initial findings from the investigation revealed no indications of criminal activity. An autopsy was performed on her body after it was transported to the Jefferson County Medical Examiner’s Office.
