Baby dies after hit by vehicle in Oklahoma

On Friday, a baby boy was killed after he was hit by a car in Marshall County.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the 1-year-old boy died at Alliance Health in Madill, Oklahoma.
About seven miles south of Kingston, OHP officers were dispatched to Back Street and Fire House Road.
Troopers found out that at about 7:29 p.m., a 2006 Chevy Silverado backed out of a private driveway and onto Back Street. Officials with the OHP say that the car started moving forward and hit the one-year-old.
The child was taken to the hospital in an ambulance.
Officials said that the driver’s condition “seemed to be normal.”
No more information was given.
The fatal accident is still being investigated.
