Damar Hamlin discharged from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center
Doctors at UC Health in Cincinnati are sharing an update on Bills safety Damar Hamlin, one week after he went into cardiac arrest on the field.

Damar Hamlin was released from the hospital on Monday, a week after the Buffalo Bills safety’s heart stopped and he had to be resuscitated on the field during an NFL game.

On Monday, Damar Hamlin was released from the University of California Medical Center and transported to a hospital in Buffalo… less than one week after his terrible health scare.
Doctors Dr. Knight and Dr. Pritts, who cared for the Bills safety around the clock after the on-field accident, just told the team about the update, saying they are thrilled with how much he has improved in such a short time.
The doctors say that 24-year-old Damar was up and walking and acting like himself before he was let out of the hospital. He will now go to a place in Buffalo where he will be tested more.
On Sunday, the Bills played against the Patriots in honour of Hamlin, and #3 watched from his hospital room.
