The Bullhead City Police Department arrested Robert Ryan Logan, 39 of Bullhead City, for second degree murder.
Today (3/2/23) at approximately 11:20 a.m., it was reported that two men were involved in a verbal confrontation in the parking lot outside a laundromat in the 1700 block of Highway 95. Their argument turned into a physical altercation.
After further investigation, it was determined that after the men had separated from their fight, Logan pulled out a handgun and shot the male victim. The 56-year-old male victim from Bullhead City was shot once in the upper torso area.
He was deceased on scene. The male victim’s identity will be released once next of kin has been notified. The victim was unarmed.
Logan was taken into custody at the scene of the shooting. The two men did not know each other, and it is unclear what the argument was about. No one else was injured.
Logan will be booked into the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
