A MAN has been arrested on homicide charges after the decomposed body of his missing wife Yolanda James was discovered.

Yolanda James went missing on June 24 after she was last seen at her Waco, Texas home about 11:30 p.m.
As the officers searched the property located in the 7000 block of Craybrough Circle, they first had the suspicion that her absence was the result of foul play.
As an investigation was being launched, forensics was purportedly called in to discover that a “substantial amount of blood” had been cleaned from the residence.
The investigation moved quickly, and the detectives examined members of Yolanda’s family, including her husband, Jose Villa-Denova, who is 48 years old.

It has been reported that he was taken into custody and then charged with tampering with evidence. He is currently being held at the Travis County Jail on a bond of fifty thousand dollars.
After conducting a thorough dog-led search of the area, the police made a startling discovery on Tuesday when they found human remains in a “advanced condition of decomposition.
After further investigation, the remains were determined to have belonged to Yolanda, who was 40 years old at the time of her death.
The Atlanta Police Department reports that the cause of the deceased woman’s death has not yet been identified.
Yolanda’s daughter gave a heartfelt tribute to her mother to Fox3 News this past week.
That their mother loved them “unconditionally” and wouldn’t abandon them willingly, she told FOX3.
In addition to this, the daughter disclosed that she had planned to meet her mother on the day that she vanished.
“If something happened to her, she’d want me to be strong,” she remarked.
Now, law enforcement officials at the local level are appealing to anyone who may have information to come forward.
They have been asked to call Crime Stoppers at the number 512-472-TIPS or the Missing Persons Unit at the number 512-974-TIPS.
