Ta’Liya Kearney is described as a black female, 5’5″ tall, 200 pounds, with black and blonde hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a purple bubble coat, blue jeans, and multi-colored Nike shoes.
She is also wearing a necklace that spells her name.
