Hoax shooting call at South High School in Omaha, Nebraska
The caller mentioned that two students were hurt and disconnected the call.

At around 8:17 this morning, a report of a shooting at Omaha South High School prompted dispatch of OPD and OFD.
The call was transferred to OFD call takers from the OPD front desk, and E31 M31 were dispatched to the location but were instructed to wait.

After some time had passed, officers advised E31 and M31 that no victims had been located.
It is uncertain if any gunshots were discharged. Both OFD units resumed their services.
In response to a shooting report at Omaha South High School this morning, Omaha Police arrived on the scene and promptly confirmed that there was no shooting incident. Officers conducted a search of the premises to ensure that there was no potential danger.
