Lockdown at Hoover High School lifted
Police ask public to please stay out of the area.

Following a call reporting a shooting on campus, Hoover High School in Fresno was placed under lockdown.
The caller claimed to be hiding in a restroom and unable to move due to blood on the floor.
Authorities have indicated that the call may have originated from overseas and the caller had an older Middle Eastern accent.
In response, police have conducted a thorough search of the campus, including every bathroom and classroom, and determined the call to be a false alarm.
Emergency services, including the Fresno Fire Department and EMS, were present on the scene as a precaution.
The lockdown has since been lifted.
FOX3 was able to talk one of the student who is present at the school right now, he said everything is clear and police went through all classrooms to make sure everyone is okay, but no information has been communicated to us yet.
