In a terrible home explosion in Wyatt, a mother Myranda Gale Golden and her 3-year-old daughter were among the three people who died.

The Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office contacted Regional One Health, Burn Unit in Memphis Tenn.
The Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office was informed that Myranda Gale Golden, 22 years old, succumbed to her injuries sustained in the House explosion in Wyatt on 08/15/2022.
Golden was the mother to the 3-year-old that passed away yesterday, August 18, 2022, and her significant other, Corey Coleman that passed away Monday, August 15, 2022.
The other victims are in stable condition and still undergoing medical treatment in various mid-west hospitals.
The authorities are under the impression that the explosion was caused on by propane gas that entered the property either through a gas stove or a gas water heater.
However, it is not yet known what caused the gas to catch fire.
There are no suspicions of foul play, and the explosion has been classified as an accident.
Investigation of the explosion is still ongoing at this time.
There were a total of seven persons hurt in the incident, including the couple’s infant daughter who is currently in critical condition.
