Julius Freeman identified as a person of interest in the shooting that occurred at Live Lounge

Julius Freeman, aged 21, has been designated as a person of interest in the Live Lounge shooting that took place on February 19, 2023.
He has been charged with the facilitation of second-degree murder, attempted facilitation of second-degree murder (5 counts), and possession of a firearm with intent to commit a dangerous felony (5 counts).
No bond has been established yet.
Initial Report:
At 12:43 am, officers responded to a shooting at 1482 East Shelby Drive (Live Lounge). Upon arriving on the scene, two shooting victims were located and transported in critical condition to Regional One Hospital.
Five additional shooting victims left the scene and arrived by private vehicle in non-critical condition at local area hospitals.
While on the scene at 1482 East Shelby Drive, officers received information concerning additional shooting victims who were at Shelby Drive & Boeingshire Drive.
Upon arriving on the scene, one male victim was located and pronounced deceased. Three additional victims were transported in critical condition to Regional One Hospital.
Including both scenes, which are believed to be connected, there are 11 victims total.
At this point is it unclear of what occurred prior to the shooting. There is no solid description of the suspect(s). It is unknown if the suspect(s) are known to the victims.
