Larry Jiles Jr and Troy Kennedy killed in St. Paul shooting
Three others were also injured in the incident, with one in critical condition.

On Saturday, a shooting occurred in St. Paul, resulting in the deaths of two men.
The St. Paul Police Department has now identified the deceased individuals as Larry Jiles Jr., a 34-year-old resident of Hugo and a well-known local chef nicknamed “Chef Hot Hands,” and Troy Kennedy, a 37-year-old St. Paul resident.

The Quad Area Chamber of Commerce expressed their condolences for Jiles, recognizing him for his warm smile and dedication to serving others through his business that caters to the Hugo and Lino Lakes region.
Three others were also injured in the incident, with one in critical condition.
The shooting occurred at approximately 5:15 p.m. in a parking lot in the 500 block of Dale Street North, following a celebration of life in a nearby building.
The police are currently investigating the incident and believe the shooting arose from an altercation that took place after the event.
As of Monday, there have been no arrests made in connection to the case, and the police have not provided any updates on the condition of the injured individuals.
