Lockdown at Fontana High School lifted after active shooter threat

Officers arrived and determined it was a hoax.

Fontana High school lockdown lifted. Fontana Police Department received a call at 9:43am of an active shooter on the campus.

Officers arrived and determined it was a hoax. No active shooter or threat.

Original Story:

Fontana High School and Citrus Elementary School were placed on lockdown due to police activity near both school campuses.

Both school sites have been cleared by School Police, Fontana Police, and San Bernardino Sheriff’s.
