The Renton Police Department’s Sandra Havlik said: “Just before 1 am, police were summoned to the 100 block of Logan Ave S for reports of many gunshots being fired.

“When police came, they discovered numerous victims. Fire/Medics treated five individuals at the spot, and we can confirm one death.

“There are no active shooters at this time.”

According to the preliminary inquiry, there was a fight outside of a sizable gathering or event that resulted in gunshots, potentially from more than one suspect, she continued.
