California man Mitcho Thompson reveals he had Covid and monkeypox at the SAME TIME with symptoms leaving him in bed over ‘weeks of misery’

Mitcho Thompson, who lives in Northern California, has been found to have both Covid-19 and Monkeypox.
Mitcho Thompson of Sebastopol reported that he began to develop red sores on his back, legs, arms, and neck immediately after he tested positive for COVID-19 at the end of June. At the same time, he was feeling completely wiped out.
Thompson shared his experience, saying, “The physician was extremely positive that I have monkeypox and that I have both.” “This was the question that was asked. Would it be possible to obtain both of them at the same time? And with that, he responded, “Yes, yes, yes.””
According to Thompson, the combination of the two infections caused weeks of suffering. He reported that he felt like he had a terrible case of the flu.
He said, “Really sick.” “The worst part was that I could barely even get out of bed, and it was hard to even get a drink of water.”
According to Dr. Dean Winslow, a professor of medicine at Stanford and an expert in infectious illness, it is feasible for a person to contract both monkeypox and COVID-19 at the same time. However, this is an extremely uncommon occurrence.
He stated, “It’s certainly not impossible for something like that to occur.” “It’s just a really unfortunate turn of events. These viruses are highly distinct from one another.”
