5 teens wounded in shooting at West Texas house party

At a high school graduation party in West Texas on Saturday night, five teenagers were taken to the hospital, two of them in critical condition, according to authorities.
According to Socorro police chief David Burton, the 16- to 18-year-old victims were shot around 1 a.m. Saturday in a home in the border town of Socorro, which is located near El Paso, Texas. About 100 individuals attended.
According to partygoers, a fight between two groups sparked the shooting, which resulted in the death of one person.
During a media briefing on Saturday, Burton expressed confidence that a person of interest will be found and detained.
