The day she was last seen alive was August 27, 2021, and surveillance footage showed Gabby Petito and Brian Laundrie going around a Whole Foods supermarket on that day.

Surveillance film that was just made public shows Gabby Petito and her alleged murderer, Brian Laundrie, shopping together at a Whole Foods grocery just hours before he killed her and dumped her body in the woods.

The disturbing footage was obtained by FOX News Digital and shows the pair browsing an aisle of the grocery store in Jackson, Wyoming on August 27, 2021. This was the day when Petito, who was 22 years old at the time, was last seen alive.

It starts right after the couple left the nearby Merry Piglets Tex-Mex restaurant after Laundrie, who was 23 at the time, got into a public fight with three female staff members. Petito later apologized for his part in the fight.

They were observed entering the parking lot in Petito’s white Ford Transit van at approximately 2:11 p.m., sitting in the vehicle for approximately one minute, and then Laundrie exiting the vehicle from the driver’s side and slamming the door. After that, he walks around to the back of the van and pulls a baseball cap out of the storage container there.

At that point, Petito comes into view from around the passenger side of the vehicle, her arms crossed in front of her as if she is still angry at Laundrie for the disturbance he caused earlier at the restaurant.

While this is going on, Laundrie has both of his hands tucked away in his pocket, and his face is concealed both by the hat and the sunglasses he is wearing.

The couple can be seen in the video taken inside the grocery shop browsing the aisles as they make their way through the store. This takes place over the course of approximately 15 minutes.

As Petito made her way through the store, onlookers saw that she was picking up various products and placing them into a white duffel bag.

After finishing their shopping approximately forty minutes later, the couple was spotted getting back into their van and driving along Highway 89, which leads directly to the campsite in the Bridger-Teton National Forest, which is where Petito’s remains would be discovered three weeks later.

While traveling across the country in Petito’s Ford Transit, the couple went on their excursion. Along the route, the police pulled them over because they were concerned that Laundrie may be abusive after she caused a disturbance at a Jackson Tex-Mex restaurant.

During an altercation over the bill at the Merry Piglets restaurant, witnesses claim that Laundrie berated the wait staff. After the argument, Laundrie stormed out of the restaurant in a rage, only to return there four times.

After some time had passed, Petito made his way back into the restaurant to offer his regrets for his behavior.

Officials from Merry Piglets later posted the following on Instagram: “Yes, we are able to validate Gabby and Brian’s participation in Merry Piglets.

When Petito was still listed as a missing person, the restaurant owners penned a letter in which they stated, “We have already alerted the FBI and they are aware.” “We are respecting Gabby’s family and allowing them do their duties, and we have no further comment,” they said. “We are letting them do their jobs.”
