No injuries reported after plane landed in the southbound lanes of US-27, just south of Pembroke Road
Plane landed due to engine trouble.

The Pembroke Pines Police Department is providing aid for a plane that made an emergency landing on the southbound lanes of US-27, located a short distance south of Pembroke Road.
Fortunately, the pilot was unharmed, and the landing was prompted by engine difficulties.

As a result, traffic moving south is being momentarily held up until the roadway can be cleaned up.
