shooting incident

It took place before 11 o’clock at night on Luxapalila Drive, which is located close to the north side of Propst Park.

Joseph Daughtry, the incoming chief of police, stated that when officers arrived at the scene, they discovered a dead male who was 48 years old.

He said that the other people shot were a woman who was 56 years old and three men who were 38, 28, and 22 years old.

Daughtry claims that the guys, ages 48 and 22, got into an altercation that led to the shooting.

Surgery was performed on the shooting victims who were still alive at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Golden Triangle. Each of the four is either stable or critically ill but stable.

Police have a person of interest, according to Daughtry, but no one has been detained yet.

This is a developing story that will be updated when more information is available.
