One person dead following shooting outside Park Place at Expo Apartments
He was immediately transported to a hospital, but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.

An early morning shooting that resulted in the death of one person is being investigated by the Aurora Police Department.
Officers received a report of a shooting and arrived at the Park Place at Expo Apartments, located at 10755 E. Exposition Avenue, at around 8 a.m. on Wednesday.
Upon arrival, they discovered a man in the parking lot who had sustained obvious gunshot wounds. He was immediately transported to a hospital, but ultimately succumbed to his injuries.
The Major Crime Homicide Unit’s detectives are leading the investigation into this incident, but details concerning the circumstances leading up to the shooting are currently unknown.
As of Wednesday afternoon, no arrests have been made. Individuals with any information regarding the homicide are encouraged to contact Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867, where tipsters can remain anonymous and may qualify for a reward of up to $2,000.
