One person injured in shooting outside Walmart in Kennett, suspect in custody
Formal charges are pending.

A shooting occurred in the parking lot of the Kennett Wal-Mart, resulting in one person being air-lifted to a St. Louis hospital for treatment.
The Kennett Police Department has reported that a suspect was arrested shortly after the incident and is currently in custody at the Dunklin County Jail.
The victim’s and suspect’s identities have not been disclosed at this time.
Formal charges are pending.
