One person shot outside Burger King in Sunset Acres
Early on Tuesday evening, a shooting took place in the Sunset Acres neighborhood of Shreveport. The incident resulted in the injury of one person.
On Tuesday, September 6, 2022 at 5:18pm Shreveport Police Department was dispatched to the Sunset Village Plaza in the 6300 block of Hearne Ave.

It took place at the parking lot close to the Burger King on Hearne Avenue and Grassmere Street shortly after 5 o’clock in the evening.
The victim reportedly went into the fast food restaurant after being shot in the lower torso, according to the police.
The police anticipate that he will make a full recovery, but he is not helping detectives in any way.
