The Charleston County Coroner’s office has identified an Outer Banks cast/crew member Alexander Jennings as the pedestrian who was killed in hit-in-run early yesterday morning on James Island.

While the next season of the show is still in production, 22-year-old Alexander Jennings was struck by two autos in the early morning hours.
Alexander was struck at roughly 2 AM while strolling along a busy street in Charleston between James Island and Folly Beach, according to early accounts.
Before the young actor was supposedly struck by a second vehicle that also fled the scene, he was presumably hit by the first vehicle, which left him with horrible injuries.
A subsequent traffic stop apparently resulted in the driver of the second vehicle being detained for questioning.
