Missing 19-year-old Damond Lazenby found deceased

19-year-old Damond Lazenby Jr.’s car was discovered near the overpass on Port Chicago Hwy in Concord on January 1. He has not been seen or heard from since.

The family just confirmed, Damond Lazenby Jr, body was discovered not to far from where the car was near highway 4.

As a result of the discovery of a body that was made along the side of eastbound Highway 4 between Port Chicago and Willow Pass Road on Saturday, traffic was completely halted throughout the region as law enforcement, fire, and medical personnel arrived to investigate the site.

The Major Crimes Unit of the Concord Police Department was contacted after Damond Lazenby Jr.’s (19) automobile from Pittsburg was discovered abandoned that morning near the Port Chicago Highway overpass with its headlights on and engine running. Apparently, some of Lazenby’s clothing was discovered close to his Volkswagen.

Investigators from the Concord Police Department are currently looking for a man who has been reported missing since Sunday. The family of 19-year-old Damond Lazenby Jr. reported him missing after discovering that his automobile had been left abandoned close to a highway.

In the early morning hours of January 1, according to the police, the vehicle belonging to Lazenby was found close to an overpass on Port Chicago Highway. Since then, neither his whereabouts nor his voice have been reported.

Lazenby is a resident of Pittsburg, and the police have described him as an African-American guy who is roughly 6-feet 4-inches tall, weighs about 170 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes. The last time anyone saw him, he was wearing sweatpants with a grey and black pattern.
