According to the Costa Mesa police, a person who may be armed is currently barricaded in the 1700 block of Monrovia Avenue.

Wednesday at approximately 12:05 pm, the event was reported.
The situation that led to the roadblock, according to the police, was one in which officers were assisting the Department of Justice in serving a warrant.
The local people is being advised to take cover in their homes at this time.
There have been no reports of any injuries.
