Richard Wayne Moorcroft found dead floating face down in shallow canal in Thailand

THAILAND’S POLICE are looking into the circumstances surrounding the death of a jogger Richard Wayne Moorcroft from the United Kingdom who was discovered floating face down in a canal in Thailand.
