Shooting in Grand Rapids’ West Grand neighborhood
Dispatch says there was a shooting Saturday night in the West Grand neighborhood of Grand Rapids.
It happened on Alpine Avenue NW between 8th and 9th Streets just after 10 p.m., according to dispatch. It’s still not clear how many people, if any, were hurt.
Alpine Avenue has been shut off for the time being for safety reasons. The Grand Rapids Police Department has responded to the site.
