Police say they responded to reports of a shooting on Dizengoff St in Tel Aviv. There are no known injuries, most likely criminal related.
Shots were heard on Dizengoff Street in Tel Aviv on Tuesday night. No injuries were reported and the police stated that it was not a terrorist act and that the background of the incident was apparently criminal.
Two suspects were arrested in the incident.
Dizengoff Street is a major street in central Tel Aviv, named after Tel Aviv’s first mayor, Meir Dizengoff. The street runs from the corner of Ibn Gabirol Street at its southernmost point to the Tel Aviv port area at its northwestern point.
