According to the reports from the police, a shooting that took place early on Saturday morning in Southeast District of Columbia resulted in the death of a man.

According to the reports from the police, a shooting that took place early on Saturday morning in Southeast District of Columbia resulted in the death of a man.

According to officials with the Metropolitan Police Department, the incident was reported to have occurred at approximately 11:38 a.m. along the 2700 block of 30th Street.
When the police arrived, they discovered a man who had been shot and was unconscious at the site. The man was reportedly pronounced dead at a later time, according to the police.
The police have issued a watch for three potential suspects in connection with the incident. According to reports, the suspects were dressed in all black throughout the shooting, and it is suspected that each of them possessed a firearm.
One of the suspects was last seen running in the direction of northbound traffic on 30th Street, while the other two suspects were last seen heading in the direction of eastbound traffic on Erie Street in the 2900 block.
The police have not made any statements regarding the victim or their investigation.
