Ten people have been injured in a shooting outside The Licking restaurant in Miami Gardens, law enforcement sources told FOX3.

According to sources speaking to FOX3, ten people were injured in a gunshot that took place outside of The Licking in Miami Gardens. Witnesses stated that the incident took place as rapper French Montana was filming a video at the time.

Just before 8 o’clock on Thursday evening, officers from the Miami Gardens Police Department and firefighters with the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to reports of a gunshot at a restaurant located on the 17600 block of Northwest 27th Avenue.

The establishment was taped off as a crime scene after it was discovered.

According to a source within law enforcement, there have been three separate crime scenes, but the locations of the other two are unknown at this time.

The number of victims has not been confirmed as of 10 o’clock by the Miami Gardens Police Department.

“The scene is still in progress. “There are more than one shot and more than one case,” said MGPD detective Diana Gorgue. “We’re still working. We can’t say for sure what the numbers are right now because everything is still new and they’re still looking into it.

Four people have been taken to Ryder Trauma Center by helicopter.

It’s still not clear how the other victims got to hospitals in the area.

Witness Ced Mogul stated that he came out to watch the rapper shoot the video, and at one point, someone in the crowd that was witnessing the production was robbed of his watch and his wallet, and the situation deteriorated from there.

“There were at least 13, 14, 15 gunshots,” the witness said. Mogul remarked that the sound resembled that of an assault weapon and that it was incredibly quick. “I started sprinting, and I looked back while I was doing it, but I said to myself, ‘You know what? First, let me just duck, and then, you know, people started asking me, ‘Can you help me?’ When I learned that people were pleading for aid, there was nothing I could do about it because you couldn’t do anything when you was shot.

As the investigation is still ongoing, the police have stated that they believe the shooting to be an isolated occurrence; however, they have not offered any other information regarding it or a probable gunman or gunmen.
