6 victims of 'cartel-style execution' identified, including teen and baby

The victims of a shooting that occurred early on Monday morning at a home in the central region of California have been named as six individuals, including a woman who was 16 years old and her infant who was 10 months old.

On Tuesday, authorities identified the victims as:

  • 72-year-old Rosa Parraz
  • 52-year-old Eladio Parraz Jr.
  • 50-year-old Jennifer Analla
  • 19-year-old Marcos Parraz
  • 16-year-old Alissa Parraz
  • 10-month-old Nycholas Parraz

Early on Monday morning, a terrible shooting took place at a residence located on Harvest Avenue, close to Road 68.

According to investigators, at least two gunmen went on a shooting spree, and because the gunfire was so intense, authorities were originally concerned that there was a possible active shooter present.

Mike Boudreaux, the sheriff of Tulare County, stated that he received a call from one of the survivors who was hiding in a trailer.

In total, there were three people who managed to survive the ordeal. Three of them were located inside the trailer, while the last one was found in the house.

According to Boudreaux, the young mother and her child attempted to flee but were ultimately killed when they were shot.

The young lady was originally from Northern California, and for the past twelve months she had been residing in Goshen with her mother’s side of the family.

Boudreaux went on to say that the shooting seemed to be related to gangs and potentially drugs, and that he does not think it to be an act of random violence.

He went on to explain that it was similar to an assassination carried out by a cartel.

The bodies of the victims are currently being examined through the process of autopsy. It is anticipated that they will be completed by Friday.

A $10,000 reward has been offered for any information on the deadly shootings.
