In Broomfield, police and fire workers are responding to a single-engine aircraft crash.

Single-engine plane crash in Broomfield neighborhood kills two people

Broomfield Police tweeted that a single-engine jet had crashed near Lowell Boulevard and Las Brisas Drive in the Anthem Ranch community. North Metro Fire has arrived.

Two people were killed in the crash, according to North Metro Fire. There were no casualties or property damage to anyone in the neighborhood.

Located immediately south of the Erie Municipal Airport, Anthem Ranch is an exclusive neighborhood.

Due to the investigation, the intersection of Las Brias Drive and Anthem Ranch will be closed for many hours. Officers are requesting that everyone stay away from the area.
