Sylvester Stallone’s wife Jennifer Flavin has filed for divorce after 25 years of marriage … and is accusing the actor of moving assets from marital funds.

On Friday, the former model submitted divorce paperwork in the state of Florida.

During the beginning stages of the divorce procedures between them, she has asked the court to grant her sole dominion over their home in Palm Beach.

Jennifer alleged in the divorce papers that Sylvester, 76, concealed assets.

According to the filings, the following is stated: “Upon information and belief, the Husband has engaged in the purposeful dissipation, depletion, and/or waste of marital assets which has had a detrimental economic impact on the marital estate.”

According to Section 61.075 of the Florida Statutes, equity requires that the Wife be paid and made whole by getting an unequal distribution of the marital assets in her favor. This is because the Wife was the party who suffered the greater loss throughout the marriage.

In addition, “the Husband should be prohibited from selling, transferring, assigning, encumbering, or otherwise dissipating any assets while the proceedings are still ongoing,” the judge wrote.

Jennifer has also sought that the court restore her prior surname, Flavin, and prevent Stallone from transferring any assets from their joint accounts.

This past week, Sylvester gave rise to suspicions that his marriage was on the verge of dissolution by getting a tattoo of his wife that featured Butkus, the dog from Rocky, covering her face.

According to the rumors, Jennifer has also quit following Sylvester on Instagram.
