The Harrison County 911 Center dispatched emergency crews to the reported shooting at approximately 2 p.m.
Anyone with information on the shooting resulting in his death is urged to contact the Beckley Police Department Detective Bureau at 304-256-1720.
Two men, Antonio Roland and Rafael Solomon, have been identified as having been present at the time of the shooting.
