1 dead, 2 injured after stabbed at St. Laurent Shopping Centre

Ottawa Police have confirmed that one male has died due to his injuries following the stabbing at St Laurent Shopping Centre and two others treated for stab wounds

Following the stabbing that occurred at the St. Laurent Shopping Centre, the Ottawa Police Department has reported that one male victim has passed away as a result of his injuries.
After being stabbed in the afternoon on Friday, September 16, the Ottawa Paramedic Service informed FOX3 that one individual was brought to the hospital in serious condition with life-threatening injuries. Two more were transported to the hospital in critical condition, but they are expected to survive.
The event took place at approximately 4:30 in the afternoon. During the time when an investigation was taking place in the neighborhood, the police requested residents to stay away.
According to OC Transpo, the O-Train is operating normally; however, on Friday afternoon, the train did not stop at the St. Laurent station since the police were conducting an investigation there.
