Two Cobb County deputies have died tonight in the line of duty while serving a warrant. SWAT and FAST teams are at the scene. The suspect is barricaded.

The Cobb County Sheriff says that two deputies were killed Thursday night while serving a warrant in a neighborhood of Marietta.
Cobb Police and other law enforcement agencies are heading to the area near the McNeel Farms neighborhood where the incident happened. At Habersham Drive and John Ward Road in Marietta, police are blocking off John Ward Road.
SWAT and FAST squads are currently on their way to the location. According to the Cobb County Sheriff, the subject is barricades.
“As more information becomes available, including the names of the dead deputies, we will share it,” said the Cobb County Sheriff.
