In what authorities are investigating as a possible murder-suicide, Wendy Feldman, the proprietor of Spa Elysium on Bethlehem Pike in Chestnut Hill, was shot and killed last night in the parking lot behind her company.

Wendy Feldman, the proprietor of Spa Elysium located on Bethlehem Pike in Chestnut Hill, was found dead last night in the parking lot behind her business. The incident is being investigated by the police as a suspected murder-suicide. The name of the victim has not been confirmed by the police as of yet; nevertheless, the identity of the victim has been confirmed by friends and allies of Feldman.

The incident was said to have occurred at approximately 9 o’clock in the evening, and cops responded to the scene. on Wednesday night, there were rumors of a man carrying a gun in the area. They discovered Feldman, age 59, and the other man, age 64, both with head wounds consistent with gunshots. They also discovered both of their cars, which had been registered to the same home in Montgomery County, where they had been staying.

At 9:26 p.m., medical personnel at the scene confirmed that Feldman was no longer alive. The victim was taken by the police to Chestnut Hill Hospital, where he is currently being treated for a life-threatening injury. After being taken to Temple University Hospital, he passed away at 10:56 o’clock that evening.

Friends and acquaintances of Feldman claim that she was in the midst of divorcing her husband at the time of her disappearance. As of the morning of Thursday, it had not been established whether or not he had shot himself.

Feldman, who began his career cutting hair for stylist Michael Hawkins, was involved in the community and had a position on the Chestnut Hill Business Association’s board of directors.

Yesterday, the following statement was published by Courtney O’Neill, who serves as executive director of the business association:

“On behalf of the Chestnut Hill Business District and all the members of the Chestnut Hill Business Association, we would like to offer our heartfelt condolences to the family of Wendy Feldman and her staff at Spa Elysium & Fringe Salon. Wendy … has been a vital part of the Chestnut Hill business community for over three decades. We were grateful for Wendy’s hard-working, entrepreneurial spirit. She was a positive force in the community and will be terribly missed.”
