Officers and members of the Whiteford Volunteer Fire Company grieve the passing of employee Daniel Lemmon on their Facebook page.
They wrote, “It is with deep sadness that the WVFC Officers & Members announces the passing of Safety Officer Daniel Lemmon after a courageous battle with cancer.
Dan has been a member with WVFC for over 25 years. He also served as a Harford Co. Special Operations Team Crew Chief.
Dan retired as a Fire Captain after serving 20 years with the Baltimore County FD.
Rest In Peace Dan.
