Woman’s body found in Ogden Canyon hot spring
Woman found dead in Ogden Canyon hot springs just before dawn, Utah officials say
The body of a lady was discovered in a hot spring in Ogden Canyon just before daybreak, according to the Utah sheriff’s office.
Just before 5 a.m., police received a call about an unresponsive person at the canyon’s mouth. The caller attempted CPR until the arrival of cops, but the woman was pronounced dead at the site.
The sheriff’s office told FOX3 Now that the death investigation is ongoing. According to officials, the Ogden River hot springs, which are located on private property, are a favorite destination for locals.
Just east of Ogden, which lies north of Salt Lake City, is the canyon.
