FBI, OSBI investigating officer-involved shooting at River Bend Casino

An officer was involved in a shooting at the River Bend Casino, and both the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and the FBI’s Oklahoma City office are presently investigating the incident.
FOX3 on the scene was told by a Wyandotte Nation Police officer that the investigation is being handed off to the FBI office in Oklahoma City.
Thursday morning, a spokesperson for the FBI’s Oklahoma City field office confirmed that a someone “brandished” a weapon toward a Wyandotte Nation police officer.
After that, the officer fired a shot at the suspect.
There was no information provided regarding the subject’s condition.
The fact that the incident took place on Indian Trust Land prompted the FBI to become engaged in the inquiry.
